Pre-Order Policy:

Clients can pre-order certain items on our website by selecting the ‘pre-order’ option. This process includes a 5% to 10% discount on selected items – the prices will be published on the product description. A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to confirm the pre-order of the selected items. Clients can confirm the transfer of this payment by sending us a photo/reference number of the same via any one of the following mediums:

1. Email (luxuryloot1@gmail.com)
2. WhatsApp (868-712-9588)
3. Our Facebook & Instagram inboxes
4. The ‘Contact Us’ option on this website.

Once the down payment is confirmed, Luxury Loot will update the client on the shipment of items.
Please note that each pre-order period has a deadline which will be communicated to the client. The three-week shipment period starts from the following day of each end of per-order cut –off date. Once the items are received in the warehouse, clients will be duly informed, and delivery dispatched. The balance payment is due on or before delivery. Payment can be facilitated via:

1. Credit card (at checkout on the website or on delivery)
2. Linx on delivery
3. Bank transfer (at checkout on the website)
4. At any Pay Wise agent.

Note: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If a client wishes to cancel their order for whatever reason, they are required to inform the Company BEFORE delivery. The item will then be placed on the website for sale without a refund of the down payment/s.
