Where are you located?

We are an online store that facilitates delivery throughout Trinidad and Tobago. Delivery cost is added to the total cost. FREE delivery is available when spending $1,000 TTD or more as well as for first time customers.

How do I order?

Simply select the item of choice, place it in your cart and complete payments. All items posted on our site are in stock and available for purchase unless tagged as being ‘SOLD’. Only a few pieces in each item are stocked at once.

Can any item be pre-ordered?

Yes, selected items will have the option of selecting ‘pre-order’. Simply select the option and complete the 50% payment requirement. The pre-order policy provides more details.

How are payments made?
  1. Payments on our website are facilitated using a credit card.
  2. Online payments can also be done through our social media handles using our payment links/QR code.
  3. Online bank transfers to our Scotiabank account. You can WhatsApp us on (868) 712-9588 or send a message to our Facebook or Instagram handles for account details.
  4. Cash payments to our Paywise account.

Orders are considered completed after full payment including delivery cost, is made, and confirmed as being credited to our account.

Is delivery available?

Yes, delivery is available throughout Trinidad and Tobago via a third-party courier service at an additional cost of:

  • Trinidad: $40 (2-3 days) [Please enter TRINIDAD under Postcode/ZIP at checkout]
  • Tobago: $50 (5 to 7 days) [Please enter TOBAGO under Postcode/ZIP at checkout]

First time customers receive FREE shipping on their first order with code ORDERFIRST (used at checkout).

Orders are processed 1 day after payment has been confirmed and dispatched for delivery the next day. Customers are requested to inform us of the delivery address and contact number. This information remains private and only used for the purpose of facilitating delivery of the purchased item/s.

We will provide updates on delivery status once initiated.

Do you have any reward programme?

Yes, we do! We would love for you to keep enjoying quality products. Receive 5% off the total purchase cost EACH time you purchase.

You can recommend a friend, and tag us/show us proof of recommendation, or write us a review on the review tab of our Facebook page and receive another 5% of your entire purchase. It’s that easy! – you SAVE every time you SHOP!

What is your return policy?

Should you not be satisfied with a product, you have ten calendar days after receiving your shipment, to claim for a return of said item. The item must, however, be unused, in the same condition as it was received and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipment cost of this return must be facilitated by the customer. A return address will be provided.

Will I be issued a refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified. Your refund is approved pending the condition of the returned item. Once the returned item meets the requirements mentioned in point six above, you will be issued a refund minus a 20% restocking fee, and proof of this sent to you.

There are no refunds on sale items (includes items on clearance sale).

Is a wholesale option available?

Yes! We offer products for wholesale to both registered businesses and as well as individuals wishing to purchase in a large amount. To qualify for wholesale orders, a minimum amount is required. For wholesale enquiries, please send specific details of your request to luxuryloot1@gmail.com.

Why are some products tagged as OEKO-TEX or OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100?

OEKO-TEX labels on products mean that they have been internationally recognised and certified as being safe for human use. Such products are deemed free from toxins that are present in some textiles which can harm your health through breathing, skin contact or saliva (especially for those who dribble when they sleep 😊).

What does it mean when a product is certified MICRONONE?
